  • We need credit card details to hold your booking but no payment is put on the card. You can pay on the day of your tour by cash, traveller's cheques or credit card to the tour guide.
  • Unfortunately due to bank charges, a 4% fee per person will be charged if paying by credit card.
  • There is no charge for cash or traveller's cheques
  • If you cancel the tour 7 days or less out, there is a 20% fee. 96 hours or less out, 50% fee. 24 hours out, 100% fee for no show or cancellation
  • No refunds or discounts for bad weather.
  • Prices stated are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.
  • Minimum passenger numbers apply.
  • We retain the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries and amend fares and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use the services of other tour operators.
  • The Blue Mountains are usually about 5º C cooler than Sydney. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothing as temperatures can change without warning. High heels and sandals are not suitable.
  • Australian Government regulations prohibit smoking and the drinking of alcohol inside tourist vehicles in Australia
  • Australian law requires that you must be 18 and over to be served alcohol in any licenced premises. Please bring ID if you look younger than 25
  • Whilst all care is taken, no responsibility is accepted for lost belongings or delays.
  • Please wait outside hotel 5 minutes prior to pick up and allow 10 minutes for traffic
  • Our tour departs on time from all attractions. Passengers who miss the tour will be liable for all costs back to Sydney. No refunds will be available
